
Don’t you wish, you could have a toolbox of all the things that you need to start running?
We all start somewhere, and we all were beginners at one time in our lives.
Having been a runner now coming up on a decade, I have learned a few things along the way.
I’m still continuing to learn, about myself, what I can do, what I’m capable of, and what I need to improve on.
I have also learned what doesn’t work for me.
One thing for sure I wish I had guidance and feedback on certain aspects of running.
Sure I had help from google, and a few other (online) running friends who have more experience.
It’s nice however to get knowledge from a trusted source. And I hope I can be one of those sources.
Which is why I have decided to do a Runners Toolbox series.
Each week, I will share an aspect of running that I have found has been the foundation of becoming a better runner.
