A friend of mine was posting these delicious images on Instagram of smoothie bowls.
Having never made one before I thought I would give it a go.
After consulting my friend, my ratio’s were all wrong.
It took a few more attempts, but now I have perfected it.
Smoothie bowls are now my go-to breakfast on hot summer days. Super easy to make and filling.
- 170g of natural or greek yogurt
- 1 scoop of piña colada or vanilla protein powder
- 1 banana
- 170g frozen banana
- Place all ingredients in a blender or food processor
- Blend until smooth
- Serve topped with your favorite granola
