Mindful Monday: Train with Heart

When something is important to you, you find a way to do it. You make room in your schedule to complete it because it’s meaningful to you.

You might have a goal, and you are determined to get to that goal.

Along the way, you may get moments where you feel like it’s too hard, or it’s too tough, or it’s too challenging.  You start to question yourself.  You start to think “why the hell am I doing this”. We’ve all been there.

It’s in these moments that we need to remember why we do what we do.

Remember why you started.

Remember who got you through it.

Remember when you got through it.

Train with your heart.

Give it all you’ve got, but have fun through the process, but more importantly be true to yourself.
