We are halfway through March already and we are yet to have our running date. It’s that time of the month again to catch up on all things running related.
Shame on me.
Let’s not delay anymore, strap on some shoes, and let’s go for a run. It might be short, but sometimes you just need to keep things sort and sweet.
My return to running program is doing really well and I’m in the final stages. I haven’t had any issues with my back or hip, which is fantastic news.
February saw me clock up a lot more kilometres compared to January.
