There are days where you wake up and you just don’t feel like doing anything.
Being a blob on the couch sounds appealing.
Then you think about your goals, your achievements, an realise being a blob isn’t going to get you what you want.
So you don the fitness wear & lace up.
Sure there are going to be days where you want to be the blob, but then you get out there and do it and you feel so much better.
Then there are going to be days where your heart is all in, but your mind and body tell you another. That’s ok too.
Just don’t judge how you think you will perform in that first 7 minutes. As it takes about 7 minutes to judge whether the exercise you are doing is worth it of if you should pull the plug.
