There is no one way to define being fit.
Being fit differs for everyone, and so it should be because being fit is
One thing for certain. No matter what type of athlete you are, or want to become. There are 3 things that will define you.
Without goals you’ll never get the result you want.
So go write down all the things you want to achieve. Need help, check out some tips here.
Want to run 5km under 25 minutes? Want to do a handstand? Want to run a Tough Mudder? It doesn’t matter what your goal is write it down. Think big (you can always readjust your goal later if you need too)
Now thing about how you are going to get there.
Ask yourself “what do I have to do in my workouts / training to get to my goal.
Set your goal and end date, then break down into bite size chunks, and then go rock it.
But without dedicating time to your goals, then you wont get the results you want.
Which is better? Study 30 minutes everyday or cram it all in before the big event.
We have all done the cramming before, we all know it doesn’t work.
If you want to achieve it, you need to put in the time. No if but’s or maybe’s.
Why nutrition? Because what you eat (or don’t eat) will have a huge impact on your training and your performance.
A body builder will eat more protein, but an endurance athlete may consume more carbohydrates.
Only you will know what works for you, your body and your end goal.
